avcreatif provides website design, Google Business Profile setup, online booking, and marketing automation (including AI chat) for local service businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed in writing for each engagement.

3. Messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages, our SMS practices are described in our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Payments

Setup fees and any recurring amounts are as stated in your proposal or invoice and are due as agreed.

5. No guarantees

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific business results.

6. Intellectual property

Content on avcreatif.com is owned by avcreatif unless otherwise noted and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, avcreatif is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable United States law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
